Repairs start with a service call: $99 on weekdays and $149 on weekends and holidays, for HVAC and plumbing. That fee is not waived or credited toward the repair. HVAC replacements, larger plumbing projects and commercial HVAC projects get a free estimate instead. There is no travel fee within our normal 50-mile service area.
What does a repair visit cost?
A service call is $99 on weekdays and $149 on weekends and holidays. It covers a trained technician coming to your home to find the problem.
The service-call fee is the same for heating, cooling and plumbing. It is not waived and is not credited toward the repair, so you always know what the visit itself costs.
Once the technician finds the cause, they explain what is wrong and the repair options before any work starts.
What gets a free estimate?
Free estimates are only for bigger jobs: HVAC replacements, larger plumbing projects like water-heater installs, repipes and sewer replacements, and commercial HVAC projects.
Repairs and diagnostics are not free estimates. If something is broken and needs to be found and fixed, that is a repair visit with a service call.
Why don't we publish replacement prices?
Because every home is different. The right system size, ductwork, venting, gas lines, permits and access all change the job, so a posted number would mislead you.
Instead, we look at your home and show you options. For HVAC that means Good, Better and Best choices, sized for your house with a Manual J load calculation when needed.
Financing options available. Ask about current manufacturer rebates and available offers when we meet.
Which discounts can you use?
You can use one 10% discount at a time. Which one fits depends on whether you are a plan member or a military, first responder or senior customer.
- Maintenance plan members: 10% off qualifying repairs (parts and labor) and service-call fees.
- Military, first responders and seniors: 10% off HVAC and plumbing repairs and service calls.
- The military, first responder and senior discount does not apply to installs or replacements.
- Discounts are not combinable.
Does pricing differ for HVAC and plumbing?
Not for the visit itself. The same $99 weekday and $149 weekend and holiday service call applies to heating, cooling and plumbing repairs.
If a repair visit shows that replacement makes more sense, you can ask for a free replacement estimate from there. The service call for that first visit still applies.
- AC not cooling, furnace not lighting or heat pump stuck on aux heat: repair visit with a service call.
- Water heater leaking or no hot water: repair visit with a service call.
- Slow or backed-up drains: repair visit with a service call.
- Replacing your HVAC system or installing a new water heater: free estimate.
- Sewer line replacement: free estimate.
Are there any other fees?
There is no travel fee within our normal 50-mile service area. A few services carry a set price, like a water-heater flush at $159.
Our Residential HVAC Maintenance Plan is $189 for the first system and $99 for each additional system, plus tax. Commercial maintenance is quoted per building.
