To book a repair, send the contact form with your preferred day and time or call 501-307-1310. We confirm the actual appointment with you. Repair visits start with a service call: $99 on weekdays and $149 on weekends and holidays. We're open Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, with same-day service when availability allows.
How do you request a visit?
Fill out the contact form or call 501-307-1310. On the form, choose HVAC or plumbing, add your address, describe the problem and pick a preferred day and time.
A preferred time is a request, not a booked slot. We confirm the actual appointment with you. After you send the form you'll see: We'll contact you within 1 hour during regular business hours.
Our phone line is a landline, so please call rather than text.
What happens from request to repair?
You send a request, we confirm the appointment, a technician finds the cause and explains your options, and you decide how to proceed.

- Step 4: The technician diagnoses the problem and explains what they found.
- Step 5: You hear the repair options and decide how to proceed.
- Step 6: Any plan-member or military, first responder and senior discount is applied where it qualifies.

When can a technician come out?
We're open Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, and we offer same-day service when availability allows.

If you need help today, calling 501-307-1310 is the quickest way to find out what is open. If you use the form, the preferred day and time you pick helps us plan, and we confirm the real appointment with you.
What does the visit cost?
The service call is $99 on weekdays and $149 on weekends and holidays, for HVAC and plumbing. It is not waived or credited toward the repair.
- No travel fee within our normal 50-mile service area.
- Maintenance plan members get 10% off qualifying repairs and service-call fees.
- Military, first responders and seniors get 10% off repairs and service calls.
- Discounts are not combinable.
What happens when the technician arrives?
A trusted, professional technician arrives in a branded CASC truck, finds the cause of the problem and explains what they found and your repair options.
On a heating or cooling call, that usually means checking the thermostat, power to the equipment, airflow and filters, the outdoor unit and refrigerant performance, and safety controls. On a plumbing call, it means tracing the leak, drain or water-heater problem to its source, using tools like a sewer camera or leak detection when the job calls for it.
If the job is tied to an insurance claim, we can provide photos, written findings and documentation of what we see. Whether a claim is covered is up to your insurer.
If the technician finds that replacement makes more sense than repair, you can ask for a free replacement estimate.
What should you have ready?
A short description of what is happening, when it started and anything you have already tried. It helps the technician get to the cause faster.
If your thermostat or water heater shows an error code or a blinking light, write it down or take a photo. Mention whether anything changed recently, like a power outage, a storm or new work in the house, and let us know about gate codes or pets.
- Heating or cooling: what the thermostat says, any noises, and whether the system runs at all.
- Water heater: no hot water, not enough hot water, or a leak.
- Drains: which fixtures are slow and whether more than one drain is backing up.
- Clear access to the equipment, the water heater or the cleanout.

- How our pricing works Repairs start with a service call: $99 on weekdays and $149 on weekends and holidays, for HVAC and plumbing. That fee is not waived or credited toward the repair. HVAC replacements, larger plumbing projects and commercial HVAC projects get a free estimate instead. There is no travel fee within our normal 50-mile service area.
- Is a maintenance plan worth it? For most homes with central air, a heat pump or mini-splits, yes. CASC's Residential HVAC Maintenance Plan is $189 for the first system and $99 for each additional system, plus tax. It includes a spring cooling visit and a fall heating visit, plus 10% off qualifying repairs and service-call fees. It does not auto-renew.
- How central air and heat pumps work A central air conditioner moves heat from inside your home to the outdoors using refrigerant, an indoor coil, an outdoor compressor and a blower. A heat pump uses the same parts plus a reversing valve, so it can run the cycle backward in winter and bring heat inside instead.
- Symptom guide: what your system is telling you Most heating, cooling and plumbing problems announce themselves with a symptom: no heat, no hot water, warm air from the AC, water around the unit or weak water pressure. This guide covers what each usually means, the safe checks you can do yourself, and when it's time to book a CASC repair visit.
