Website Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Central Arkansas Service Company ("CASC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. We are a locally owned HVAC and plumbing company based at 8010 Counts Massie Rd, Ste B, North Little Rock, AR 72113, serving residential and commercial customers in Central Arkansas.
This policy applies to information we collect through this website (centralarservice.com and its review and staging copies), through our website forms, and when you call us or do business with us. It does not cover websites or services run by other companies, even if we link to them (for example, a financing lender's application page or Google Maps).
By using this website or giving us your information, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website; you can still reach us by phone.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Service and estimate requests. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, whether you need HVAC or plumbing help (or the type of project), a description of the problem, and your preferred day and time. Each form also records that you checked the box agreeing to be contacted.
- Job applications. Your name, phone number, email address, the position you are interested in, anything you write in the message box, and the resume file you upload (PDF or Word document).
- Calls and conversations. What you tell us when you call 501-307-1310, talk to our office, or speak with a technician, such as your address, equipment details, access instructions and billing information for completed work.
- Service records. Information we create while working for you, such as estimates, invoices, equipment and model information, photos of equipment or work areas, written findings, warranty and equipment registration details, and maintenance plan records.
Information collected automatically
- Form submission details. When you submit a form, it also sends the page address you submitted from, which form you used, and any campaign tags in the page link (such as utm_source or a promo code), so we know how you found us.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services built into our pages (see Section 7) receive standard technical information when your browser loads a page, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time.
- Your cookie choice. If you click Accept or Decline on our cookie notice, we store that choice in your browser so we do not ask again.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us through the website, Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, health information or other sensitive information. We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation from your device; the service address you give us is used only to send a technician to the right place.
3. Where your information comes from
- Directly from you, through our forms, phone calls and in person.
- From your device and browser when you visit the website, as described above.
- From people acting for you, such as a tenant, landlord, property manager or family member who schedules service at your address.
- From partners you choose to work with, such as a financing lender telling us whether a financing request was approved, or an equipment manufacturer confirming a warranty registration.
- From public sources, such as public property records or online reviews you post about us.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your request, call or email you back, and schedule and confirm appointments.
- To diagnose, repair, install and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems and to prepare estimates.
- To bill for completed work and keep accurate job, warranty and maintenance plan records.
- To register new HVAC equipment with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To follow up after service, for example to check that everything is working or to remind you about seasonal maintenance under a plan you joined.
- To run, secure and improve the website, block spam and abuse, and understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
- To meet legal, tax, licensing, permit and insurance obligations, and to protect our rights, our customers and our team, including in disputes.
If we ever want to use your information for a purpose that is materially different from these, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
5. Who we share your information with
We share personal information only as needed to run our business and serve you:
- Website and form providers. Our website is built and hosted by CI Web Group, a web services company. When you submit a form, it is delivered through CI Web Group's form relay, which emails it to our office inbox. The form relay does not keep a copy in our website's content system.
- Google. Google provides the map on our pages, our website fonts and the reCAPTCHA spam check that runs when you submit a form (see Section 7).
- Business service providers. Companies that help us run the business, such as email, phone, scheduling, accounting and payment-processing providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Manufacturers and suppliers. To register equipment, process warranty claims and order parts for your job.
- Financing partners, at your request. If you ask to finance a project, we may share job details with the lender you choose (see Section 10).
- Government and inspectors. Permit and inspection offices when a job requires a permit, and others when the law requires it.
- Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to comply with law, a subpoena or court order, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of CASC, our customers or others.
- Business transfers. If CASC is sold, merged or reorganized, customer records may transfer to the new owner, who must handle them consistent with this policy.
- With your permission, for any other purpose you agree to.
6. Selling and sharing your personal information
Central Arkansas Service Company does not sell your personal information for money, and does not sell or share the personal information of anyone it knows to be under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Sharing for targeted advertising. This website uses Google Ads tags, loaded through Google Tag Manager. They tell Google when a visit or a call or form request came from one of our ads, and Google may use your browsing on this site to show our ads to you on other websites and apps (remarketing). The data involved is online identifiers (cookie IDs, advertising IDs, IP address) and internet activity on this site (pages viewed, ad clicks). Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, this may be "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising." The recipient is Google. We do not give Google your name, phone number, email or service address from our forms.
You can opt out at any time: click Decline in the cookie notice, use Your Privacy Choices, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Once you opt out, Google tags on this site are told not to use advertising cookies or your data for personalized ads in that browser.
7. Cookies, analytics and Google services
Cookies are small files a website or embedded service stores in your browser. Similar tools include local storage and pixels. Here is what this website uses today:
- Your cookie choice (our site). We store your Accept or Decline choice in your browser's
local storage under the name
casc_cookie_consent_v1. It stays until you clear your browser data. - Google Maps. A Google map of our shop is embedded in the footer of every page and on our contact page. Loading it sends your IP address and browser information to Google, and Google may set or read its own cookies under Google's Privacy Policy.
- RealWorkLabs. Our Recent Projects page shows job check-ins through a RealWorkLabs plugin, which loads from RealWorkLabs' servers only when you scroll to the gallery. Loading it sends your IP address and browser information to RealWorkLabs, and it may set or read its own cookies under RealWorkLabs' privacy policy. It does not load on any other page.
- Google Fonts. Our text fonts load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Google reCAPTCHA. When you submit a form, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise loads and checks that the submission comes from a person and not a bot. It collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the
website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general location (city or
region) and device type, and which ads or links brought someone here. When analytics is turned
on, Google sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and processes this data under its
own terms. You can block Google Analytics in any browser with the
Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
Advertising
Google Tag Manager also loads Google Ads tags. They measure which ads lead to website visits,
calls and service requests (conversion tracking, using cookies such as _gcl_au),
and let Google show our ads to past visitors (remarketing). See
Section 6 for what this means under state privacy laws and how to opt out.
You can also manage Google ad personalization at
Google's My Ad Center. We do not use other advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) on this website.
How consent works on this site
The first time you visit, a cookie notice appears at the bottom of the page with Accept and Decline buttons. For visitors in the United States, optional analytics may run by default (an "opt-out" approach) until you click Decline or turn it off under Your Privacy Choices. If we enable analytics for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, it will stay off until they accept. Declining tells any Google tags on the site not to use analytics or advertising cookies; it does not turn off the Google map, fonts or reCAPTCHA, which are part of how the site works.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out: we record a Decline choice for that browser and do not show the cookie notice. While the GPC signal is on, it takes precedence over any choice made in the cookie notice, so that browser stays opted out. Browsers' older "Do Not Track" setting has no common standard, so we do not respond to it separately, but GPC covers the same choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
8. Your Privacy Choices
Use the buttons below to opt out of optional analytics and advertising cookies in this browser, or to review your cookie choice. Your choice is saved in this browser only, so repeat it on other browsers or devices, and again if you clear your browser data.
Current setting: You have not made a choice in this browser yet.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information. The Google Ads tags described in Section 6 may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). The Decline button above is how you opt out of that sharing in this browser, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal the same way. You can also ask us to opt you out by calling us or using the request methods in Section 12. California residents also have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights; see Section 12 for how to make a request and how we verify it.
To ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or for any other privacy request, see Section 12 and Section 17.
9. Phone calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, we use it to call you about your request, your appointment or your account. We do not use automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages to market to you, and we do not sell or rent phone numbers.
We do not send marketing or informational text messages through this website, and our forms do not collect consent to receive text messages. Our office line is not set up to send or receive texts, so please call us instead.
If we ever begin sending text messages to customers, we will first get your express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and wireless carrier A2P 10DLC rules, tell you the message frequency, explain that message and data rates may apply, and let you opt out at any time by replying STOP (or get help by replying HELP). Consent to texts would never be a condition of buying anything from us, and mobile carriers would not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We would update this policy before any program starts.
10. Financing and payments
Payment Security. This website does not take payments and does not collect bank, card or credit information. When you pay for completed work, we handle payment directly with you, and any card payment is processed by our payment processor under its own security standards (including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We do not keep full card numbers in our records.
Financing is offered by third parties: Synchrony (HVAC and plumbing) and RTO National (a lease-to-own option for HVAC). If you apply, you do so on the lender's own website or forms, and the lender's privacy policy and terms govern the information you give them, including any credit check. We receive only what the lender shares with us about your application, such as whether it was approved and the amount, so we can complete your job.
11. AI-assisted content
Some content on this website, including parts of our Learning Center guides, was drafted with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and reviewed and edited by people before publishing. This website does not have an AI chat or AI phone assistant, and we do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. We do not put your form submissions into public AI tools.
12. Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on where you live. We serve customers in Central Arkansas. As of the date above, Arkansas has not enacted a general consumer data privacy law like those in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other states, but we offer the following choices to every customer, wherever they live:
- Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correction. Ask us to fix information that is wrong.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep (for example, invoices, tax records, warranty and permit records, or records needed for a dispute).
- Opt out. Opt out of optional cookies (see Section 8) and of any marketing calls or emails from us.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws. If you live in a state that gives consumers privacy rights, such as California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas or another state with a similar law, and that law applies to us and to your information, you may also have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, our purposes and the categories of recipients (all described in this policy); to data portability; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and certain profiling (we do not sell or profile; to opt out of the Google Ads sharing described in Section 6, see Your Privacy Choices); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for inferences); and to appeal our decision on your request. Many of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size or data-volume thresholds; we honor the requests above whether or not a particular law applies to us.
How to make a request. Call us at 501-307-1310, send a request through our contact form (write "Privacy request" in the description), or mail it to Central Arkansas Service Company, Attn: Privacy, 8010 Counts Massie Rd, Ste B, North Little Rock, AR 72113. We will need to verify your identity, usually by matching your name, phone number and service address to our records. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority and confirm the request with you directly. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (for example, 45 days under California law, which can be extended once when reasonably necessary). If we deny your request, we will explain why, and where the law gives you a right to appeal, you can appeal by contacting us the same way and writing "Appeal." We will not discriminate against you for using your privacy rights.
California "Shine the Light." We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
13. Children and teens
This website is meant for adults arranging HVAC and plumbing service and for adult job applicants. It is not directed to children under 13 or to teens, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. This is consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Arkansas Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act (Act 952 of 2025). If you believe a child or teen has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, then delete it or make it anonymous. As a guide:
- Customer, job, invoice, warranty and permit records: for as long as you are a customer and for a period afterward to support warranties, taxes, accounting and possible claims.
- Form requests that do not become a job: generally up to 2 years, so we can follow up on the same address.
- Job applications and resumes: generally up to 2 years, or longer if you are hired (then they become part of employment records).
- Your cookie choice: in your browser until you clear it.
15. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for the whole website, spam protection on our forms, and limiting access to the people who need it to serve you. No website, email system or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information through our forms.
If a data breach involving your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by the Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act (Ark. Code Ann. § 4-110-101 et seq.) and other applicable laws.
16. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, Google reviews, our financing partners and equipment manufacturers. We do not control those sites, and this policy does not apply to them. Please read their privacy policies before giving them information.

18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, our website or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
