CASC gives free estimates on HVAC replacements, larger plumbing projects like water-heater installs, repipes and sewer replacements, and commercial HVAC projects. A technician visits, looks at your current equipment and home, sizes the job and walks you through options. Request yours through our contact form or call 501-307-1310.
What qualifies for a free estimate?
Replacements and bigger projects: HVAC replacements, water-heater installs, repipes, sewer replacements and commercial HVAC projects.
If something has stopped working and needs to be diagnosed, that is a repair visit, which starts with a service call: $99 on weekdays and $149 on weekends and holidays. If the technician finds that replacement makes more sense, we can talk about a replacement estimate from there.
What happens at an HVAC estimate?
Your technician looks at your current system, your ductwork and your home, asks about comfort problems, then lays out Good, Better and Best options.
Not every replacement needs a full load calculation. We run Manual J when the home calls for it, such as after an addition, when rooms have never been comfortable, or when the old system seemed too big or too small for the house.
The ductwork matters as much as the equipment. A new system on ducts that are too small, leaky or missing a good return path will not deliver the comfort it is rated for, so we tell you what we see and whether duct changes belong in the plan.
Each option lays out the equipment, its efficiency rating, how it runs (single-stage, two-stage or variable-speed) and the comfort features it adds, so you can see what changes from one level to the next.
- Current equipment: age, type, size and condition.
- Ductwork and airflow: whether the existing ducts fit a new system.
- Sizing: a Manual J load calculation when the home calls for it.
- Your goals: hot rooms, humidity, noise, utility bills and how long you plan to stay.
- Options: Rheem equipment at Good, Better and Best levels.
What happens at a water-heater estimate?
We check your current water heater, fuel type, venting, gas line and space, then ask how your household uses hot water.
That tells us whether a like-for-like tank, a larger tank or a tankless unit fits your home. CASC installs Bradford White tank water heaters and Rinnai tankless water heaters, and we are a Rinnai PRO.
Switching from a tank to a gas tankless unit can mean a larger gas line and new venting, so we check both before recommending it. The number of bathrooms, how many people shower in the morning and whether you fill a large tub all help size the unit.
Other larger plumbing projects, like repipes and sewer replacements, also get a free estimate. For a sewer line, a sewer camera inspection shows the condition of the pipe, and excavation is used when necessary.
What protects a new install?
New HVAC installs carry a 10-year parts and 2-year labor warranty, with labor by CASC, plus an optional 5- or 10-year extended labor plan.
CASC is licensed and certified, fully insured and bonded, and pulls the required permits. Our trusted, professional technicians install Rheem equipment as a Rheem Pro Partner.
How can you pay for a replacement?
Financing options available. Synchrony financing covers HVAC and plumbing, and RTO National offers a lease-to-own path for HVAC with no credit needed.
Synchrony financing can be used for HVAC and plumbing projects. RTO National applies to HVAC only. We do not publish rates, payments or terms, so ask about them when you review your options.
Ask about current manufacturer rebates and available offers at your estimate.
What happens after the estimate?
You compare the options on your own time. When you pick one, we schedule the install, pull the required permits and install the system.
We present the options and you decide which one, if any, fits your home. Compare the efficiency, comfort features and price of each, and call 501-307-1310 with any questions.
Once you choose, licensed and certified technicians handle the install, and we pull the permits the job requires.
After an HVAC install, our Residential HVAC Maintenance Plan keeps spring and fall checkups on the calendar: $189 for the first system and $99 for each additional system, plus tax.

Frequently asked questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, for HVAC replacements, larger plumbing projects and commercial HVAC projects. Repairs and diagnostics start with a service call instead.
Will you just give me a price over the phone?
No. We don't publish replacement prices because every home is different. Sizing, ductwork, venting and permits all change the job, so we price it after we see it.
Do I have to decide at the estimate?
No. Take the options home, compare them, and call us when you are ready.
What brands will you quote?
Rheem for heating and cooling, Mitsubishi for ductless, Bradford White for tank water heaters and Rinnai for tankless.

- Good, Better, Best: how CASC lays out replacement options When you replace your heating or cooling system, CASC shows you Good, Better and Best options. Each step up changes the equipment, efficiency rating, comfort features and price. Sizing, installation quality, permits and our warranty stay the same. You pick the option that matches your comfort goals, how long you plan to stay and your budget.
- Tank vs tankless water heater A tank water heater keeps a set amount of water hot and ready, while a tankless unit heats water only when you open a tap. Tankless gives you a steady supply and saves space; a tank is simpler to install and handles several fixtures at once. Your household's hot water use and your gas and venting setup decide the fit.
- Manual J load calculations and right-sizing A Manual J load calculation is an industry method for figuring out how much heating and cooling your home actually needs, room by room. It looks at insulation, windows, sun exposure, air leakage and local weather. CASC uses Manual J when needed, not on every replacement, because many swaps can be sized from the existing system.
- How our pricing works Repairs start with a service call: $99 on weekdays and $149 on weekends and holidays, for HVAC and plumbing. That fee is not waived or credited toward the repair. HVAC replacements, larger plumbing projects and commercial HVAC projects get a free estimate instead. There is no travel fee within our normal 50-mile service area.
