Central Arkansas Service Company installs Rheem heating and cooling systems, Mitsubishi ductless systems, Bradford White tank water heaters and Rinnai tankless water heaters. CASC is a Rheem Pro Partner and a Rinnai PRO. We also service all major brands, so you don't need to own one of these to call us.
Which brands does CASC install?
We install four brands: Rheem for central air, heat pumps and furnaces, Mitsubishi for ductless, Bradford White for tank water heaters and Rinnai for tankless water heaters.
Sticking with a short list is on purpose. When our technicians install the same equipment week after week, they know how it goes together, which parts it uses and how it behaves after a few Arkansas summers. That familiarity helps on the install and on later service visits.
Each brand covers a different job in your home, so you aren't choosing between them. A typical house might have a Rheem heat pump, a Bradford White tank in the garage and a Mitsubishi ductless unit in a bonus room.
- Rheem: central air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces and air handlers.
- Mitsubishi: ductless mini-split systems for rooms, additions and whole homes.
- Bradford White: gas and electric tank water heaters.
- Rinnai: gas tankless water heaters.
What do Rheem Pro Partner and Rinnai PRO mean?
They are manufacturer contractor programs. CASC holds Rheem Pro Partner status for heating and cooling and Rinnai PRO status for tankless water heaters.
Manufacturer programs connect a contractor with the brand's product training, technical support and registration tools. For you, the practical upside is a contractor who works with that brand regularly and handles the paperwork side of a new install.
We don't claim any other dealer status or certification. For Mitsubishi ductless and Bradford White tank water heaters, we are an installer of the equipment.
Do you work on brands you don't install?
Yes. CASC services all major brands of heating, cooling and water heating equipment, so the name on your unit is not a reason to look elsewhere for a repair.
Most homes in Little Rock, North Little Rock and the surrounding area have a mix of equipment from different eras and builders. Our technicians diagnose and repair what you already own before anyone talks about replacement.
If replacement does make sense, we'll show you options from the brands we install and explain why we recommend them for your home.
Does the brand matter more than the installer?
Both matter, but installation quality drives how any system performs. Correct sizing, duct condition, refrigerant charge, venting and gas piping all affect comfort and equipment life.
A well-built unit installed on undersized ductwork will still be noisy and uneven. A tankless water heater on a gas line that's too small will still starve at the shower. That's why our replacement visits look at the whole system, not just the box being swapped.
When a load calculation is needed, we run a Manual J. When it isn't, we explain why. Either way, you get tiered replacement options so you can compare equipment side by side.
What warranty comes with a new install?
Manufacturer warranty terms vary by model, and CASC registers new HVAC equipment with the manufacturer. New HVAC installs also carry CASC's 10-year parts and 2-year labor warranty.
Optional 5-year or 10-year extended labor coverage is available on new HVAC installs. Ask about current manufacturer rebates and available offers when you request your estimate. Financing options are available.

- Tank vs tankless water heater A tank water heater keeps a set amount of water hot and ready, while a tankless unit heats water only when you open a tap. Tankless gives you a steady supply and saves space; a tank is simpler to install and handles several fixtures at once. Your household's hot water use and your gas and venting setup decide the fit.
