Businesses can request a commercial HVAC or plumbing quote through our contact form or by calling 501-307-1310. CASC handles rooftop units, split systems and mini-splits, plus commercial plumbing, drains, grease traps and backflow. Commercial HVAC projects get a free estimate, and our quarterly Commercial HVAC Maintenance Program is quoted per building.
What commercial work does CASC handle?
Commercial HVAC and commercial plumbing for local businesses, from rooftop units to grease traps.
CASC services major brands, so your equipment does not need to be one we installed. For replacements, we install Rheem heating and cooling equipment as a Rheem Pro Partner, and Mitsubishi ductless systems where a mini-split fits the space.
Our trusted, professional technicians work out of our North Little Rock shop on Counts Massie Road.
- Commercial HVAC: rooftop units (RTUs), split systems and mini-splits; repair and replacement.
- Commercial plumbing: repairs, drain cleaning and hydro-jetting.
- Grease traps and interceptors for kitchens and food service.
- Backflow installation, repair and testing.
What is the Commercial HVAC Maintenance Program?
A quarterly maintenance program for business HVAC equipment, with filters supplied by CASC, priority scheduling and 10% off repairs.
There is no published price because every building is different. Tell us how many units you have and what type, and we'll put together a quote. The program covers HVAC only. Plumbing work is quoted or scheduled separately.
Quarterly visits keep rooftop units and split systems checked through each season, and because CASC supplies the filters, filter changes happen on schedule without your staff tracking them.
Which buildings do we work in?
Restaurants, offices, retail stores and other commercial buildings across Central Arkansas, within our normal 50-mile service area from North Little Rock.
Restaurants and food service usually need rooftop unit care, kitchen drain cleaning and grease trap service. Offices and retail spaces often lean on rooftop units or split systems, plus restroom plumbing and backflow testing.
We serve Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Conway, Benton, Bryant, Cabot, Jacksonville, Sherwood, Mayflower, Ward, Austin, Beebe, Searcy, Lonoke and Greenbrier.
What gets a free estimate?
Commercial HVAC projects, such as replacing a rooftop unit or split system, get a free estimate. Repairs start with a diagnostic visit.
For drains that keep backing up, a look inside the line usually comes first so the cleaning method fits the problem.
What happens during a commercial visit?
A technician walks the site with your contact person, looks at the equipment or plumbing involved, and records what is there and what condition it is in.
From there you get a quote for the program or project. Commercial HVAC projects get a free estimate. If a repair visit shows a rooftop unit or split system is near the end of its life, you can ask for a replacement estimate from there.
- HVAC: the number and type of units, rooftop access, model details, age and condition, filters and any comfort complaints from staff or customers.
- Plumbing: the drains or fixtures with problems, the grease trap or interceptor, the backflow device and access to cleanouts.
- Scope: whether you need a one-time repair, a replacement project or ongoing quarterly HVAC maintenance.
What helps us quote faster?
The building address, the type of business, what equipment you have and what is going on. Equipment model details help too.
Also tell us who our on-site contact is, your business hours, and how we reach the roof or mechanical room. If you manage more than one location, list each address so we can plan the visits together.
Some water providers require periodic backflow testing. If you have received a testing notice, mention it in your request and we can include it.
- Building type: restaurant, office, retail, warehouse or other.
- HVAC: number of units, type (rooftop, split, mini-split) and any known issues.
- Plumbing: drains, grease trap, backflow device or fixture problems.
- Whether you want one-time work, a project or ongoing maintenance.
How do you request a quote?

- Commercial HVAC and plumbing by building type Different buildings stress HVAC and plumbing in different ways. Restaurants push drains, grease traps and rooftop units hard; offices and shops need steady comfort and working restrooms during business hours. CASC serves business owners, property managers, landlords and facility managers with commercial HVAC and commercial plumbing service across Central Arkansas.
- HVAC and plumbing for restaurants Restaurants work their plumbing and HVAC harder than most buildings. Grease, food solids and hot water stress kitchen drains and grease traps, while cooking heat and constant door traffic load the rooftop units. Planned drain care, grease trap service and quarterly HVAC maintenance help prevent the breakdowns that close a dining room.
- Backflow preventers and testing A backflow preventer is a valve assembly that keeps water from flowing backward out of your plumbing and into the drinking water supply. Water providers and local authorities often require testable assemblies on irrigation, fire sprinkler and commercial lines, and those assemblies need periodic testing because their internal parts wear over time.
- Drain snaking vs hydro-jetting Drain snaking uses a spinning cable to punch through a clog and get water moving again. Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to scrub grease, sludge and buildup off the inside of the pipe. Snaking handles most simple clogs. Jetting fits repeat clogs, heavy grease and main lines, as long as the pipe is in good enough shape.
